This policy applies to consumers in the EU who purchase children's clothing products through our website (novadnamics.com), remote transactions, or offline partner channels. All returns and exchanges are conducted in a legal, transparent, and convenient manner, ensuring compliance with EU minimum standards and the specific implementing regulations of each member state (some member states may provide longer return periods, such as Denmark and Sweden, which are 14 days or longer).
2. Return Rights and Time Limits
2.1 Right of Unconditional Return
Consumers may request a return without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt, starting from the date of receipt (based on shipping records). This right applies to most children's clothing products, with exceptions (see Section 3 for details).
2.2 Right of Exchange/Return for Quality Issues
If the product has a quality defect (such as damaged fabric, sewing defects, etc.) or does not match the order description, consumers may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the no-questions-asked return period. We will cover all return shipping and related expenses in such cases.
3. Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges
According to EU directives, the no-questions-asked return policy does not apply to the following:
Products that have been unpacked and cannot be resold: such as products with removed sanitary stickers, damaged labels, or products that have been worn and used (except for cases where a trial fit does not affect hygiene).
4. Return and Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth processing, returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in new condition and not worn, washed, or damaged;
The original packaging is intact (including tags, labels, packaging bags, etc.);
The original order information (order number, receipt, etc.) must be included;
For quality issues, clear photos or videos must be provided as proof of the problem.
5. Return and Exchange Process
5.1 Application Steps

Review and Confirmation: We will review your application within 3 business days and provide a return address and instructions upon approval.
Product Return: The consumer must ship the product within 7 days of approval (shipping costs are borne by us for quality issues, and shipping costs are borne by the consumer for unconditional returns).
Processing Completed: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will complete a refund or exchange within 14 days.
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include the product price and applicable taxes and fees.
