Shipping Policy

These Shipping Terms and Conditions apply to the delivery of children's clothing products by NOVADYNAMICST CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we") to consumers or partners within the European Union (through the website novadnamics.com, remote transactions, or offline cooperative channels). They specify the shipping process, timelines, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions only cover the shipping of children's clothing within the 27 member states of the European Union (EU) and relevant areas of the European Economic Area (EEA), including cross-border shipping between member states. Shipping rules for specially customized children's clothing (e.g., products with exclusive embroidery or prints) may be agreed upon separately and must be clearly stated at the time of order confirmation.​
2. Shipping Rules and Time Limits
2.1 Shipping Prerequisites
We will arrange shipment after the following conditions are met:
Order payment is completed and payment has been received (based on third-party payment platforms or bank account records);
Order information is confirmed (including delivery address, size, style, etc.);
Regular in-stock items are not out of stock (if out of stock, we will notify the customer via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of order submission to discuss restocking or order adjustments).

2.2 Shipping Time Limits
Regular in-stock children's clothing: Shipment will be arranged within 5-7 business days from the date of payment and confirmation (excluding weekends and EU statutory holidays such as Christmas and New Year's holidays, during which shipping times will be extended).
2.3 Shipping Notification
After the product is shipped, we will send a shipping notification to the email address specified in the order or the order center on our website. This notification will include the tracking number, logistics partner information, and tracking information for easy tracking of the shipment status.​
3. Shipping Time and Methods
3.1 Shipping Time
The shipping time from our warehouse to the consumer's or partner's designated delivery address within the EU is 20-40 calendar days (subject to the logistics provider's actual shipping records).

Time Explanation: This period includes cross-border customs clearance time between EU member states (if applicable). Shipping time to remote areas (such as rural areas and islands bordering EU member states) may be extended by 3-5 calendar days. We will indicate any potential time differences during order confirmation.

3.2 Shipping Partners

We prioritize partners that meet EU logistics standards, including but not limited to DHL, UPS, DPD, and local mainstream logistics providers (such as DHL Paket in Germany and Colissimo in France). The specific logistics provider will be selected based on the delivery address and order volume to ensure stable transportation.​
4. Shipping Fees and Charges
4.1 Fee Calculation
Shipping fees are charged according to the following standards (available for real-time viewing on the order checkout page):
Pricing is based on the actual weight/volume of the children's clothing after packaging (kg) or the volumetric weight (length × width × height / tonnage ratio, calculated according to the logistics provider's standards).

4.2 Fee Adjustment
If shipping fees increase due to changes in the delivery address (especially changes across member countries), product returns, or reshipping, the additional fees will be borne by the party requesting the change. We will notify you of the fee details in advance via email at [email protected] or through our customer service channel, and shipping arrangements will be made upon confirmation. 5. Transportation Risk and Transfer of Liability
5.1 Risk Transfer Point

We assume all risks of damage, loss, or shortage of goods during transportation until the goods are signed for at the EU delivery address.

Risk transfers to the consignee (or the consignee's agent) upon signature and confirmation of receipt. Any subsequent product issues will be handled in accordance with the EU Returns Policy.​
5.2 Exception Handling

If the product is damaged or lost during transportation: The consignee must inspect the item upon receipt. Once the issue is confirmed, the consignee must submit proof of the problem (including the tracking number, photos/videos of the damage/loss, and receipt record) via email or our website within 48 hours. We will verify the issue within 3 business days and, upon verification, will offer a free reissue or a full refund (including shipping costs).

If the delivery time is exceeded (exceeding the agreed 40-day delivery time) due to delays at the logistics provider: The consignee may request a logistics progress inquiry, and we will assist in communicating with the logistics provider. If delivery is still unsuccessful after 10 days, the consignee may request a 50% shipping fee reduction or request expedited delivery via a different logistics channel (expedited shipping costs will be borne by us). 6. Customs Clearance and Compliance Requirements
Customs clearance for cross-border shipments between EU member states is handled by our logistics partners. We will provide the necessary product compliance documentation (such as children's clothing material testing reports and certificates of origin) to assist with customs clearance.
If customs clearance is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the consignee or failure to promptly provide customs clearance assistance (such as supplementing identity information or confirming tariffs), the consignee will be responsible for any additional costs (such as demurrage and return shipping fees). We will promptly notify you and assist with the handling of the matter.
7. Logistics Information Inquiry and Inquiries
Consignees can check the shipping status in the following ways: ① Log in to "My Orders" on novadnamics.com and enter the order number; ② Enter the shipping tracking number on the corresponding logistics provider's website; ③ Send an inquiry email to [email protected]. We will provide feedback on the shipping status within 2 business days. 8. Effectiveness and Updates
These Shipping Terms are an integral part of the sales contract and, together with the EU Returns and Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. In the event of any conflict between these terms, these Shipping Terms (for shipping-related matters) shall prevail.

We will update these Terms based on adjustments to EU logistics policies, changes to our partner logistics providers, and other changes. Significant changes will be announced on our website at novadnamics.com. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Changes made without prior notice will not be retroactively applied to prior orders.
